Let me give a little more information to substantiate these claims. Many times a client will send us a design that they created from a really big and beautiful online custom tee shirt site. This company’s website and design tool really is amazing – I will NOT deny that! However, 99% of the time, my clients send me a VERY simple design that could easily be recreated from a quick drawing on a piece of scratch paper. Usually it’s just text and maybe a simple graphic or logo. I almost always take what they sent me from their screenshot and “zhuzh” it up a little (channeling my inner Queer Eye – OG). The customer would be just as happy if they had sent over their scrap paper drawings and had us do the design work for them.
But, let’s say you really like the design you created on an online website. That’s great! What’s not great about it is usually the price, the print quality, the shirt quality, the color matching, the turnaround time, and the customer service that you will receive from this provider.

SHIRT QUALITY AND FIT:
At 643SPIRIT, we are REALLY good at picking shirts for our customers. When we are working with a group of cheerleaders, we know that they are looking for a different fit and style than our team of landscapers. When you look online, you generally have NO IDEA what the different brands and fabrics mean. We didn’t know when we started either! But – we have tested, sampled, printed on, and worn almost EVERY BRAND of shirt available for printing. We know what you want and and we will help you get it. We’ll even get you FREE samples if you are not sure.
COLOR MATCHING:
Your team, school, or company has color standards that they want to match. Burgundy can mean anywhere from dark red to almost brown for different organizations. We will match your organizations colors and make sure that your shirt turns out the way you want. You might not think it’s a big deal – but trust me – when your colors don’t match what you had in mind, you will be disappointed. If you are not sure what you need, we can look at your organization’s website and help figure it out. We offer PMS color matching AT NO CHARGE.
PRINT QUALITY:
We are picky. We like our stuff to look good when our customers wear it. After all, you are our friends and you are in our community. We would be a lot less worried about it if we had never met you, never talked to you, and were never going to see you wearing it. It makes sense that we work harder for you because we have a personal relationship with you.
TURNAROUND TIME:
We work fast. When we are booked up, we partner with a few TRUSTED print partners that can help us keep things moving. We will do just about anything to meet your deadline. When we first started, there were a few instances where we missed our deadline. It was a TERRIBLE feeling. I knew that I NEVER wanted it to happen again. We have since put in place many “backup plans” to ensure that you get your goods when you need them. GUARANTEED!
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
You can call us. You can email us. You can show up at our house and hassle us. You know where we live. You shouldn’t have to ask where your stuff is, but if you need to know…we are easy to contact. We will answer your calls and emails.
PRICE:
We are cheaper. EVERY TIME. A lot cheaper. (After all, we didn’t have to pay for that awesome website!!)
