WHY CHOOSE TO ORDER & SELL BULK MERCHANDISE?

While it may seem more risky for your organization, the reward is exponentially greater than asking for a percentage back of another company’s sales. You get much lower pricing when you order in bulk and can sell for a much greater profit. The items will also be screen-printed (vs. heat transfer) or embroidered, the most durable and high-end form of printing.

 

EXAMPLE:

643SPIRIT did a live printing event for the Primary school in 2022. We sold 200 items at approximately $30 per item over 4 hours, and the school received $600. (10% of sales) The other schools purchased bulk orders of about 300 pieces, sold them via PTO volunteers, and made over $3000. We even had to rush to print more for their next event as they were almost completely sold out.

DESIGNS & MERCHANDISE

We can do ANY DESIGN (we can discuss that anytime). Keep it simple! Try to stick with tees, hoodies, and sweatshirts with just a few designs. This will ensure much less excess inventory and ease of finding sizes. Too many choices will make your lines longer and will cause confusion. Students currently prefer classic, straightforward designs. Younger students may enjoy a “glitter” option.

 

MINIMUM PURCHASE

There’s no need to worry about a huge purchase obligation. Our minimum order is just 12 pieces, which can be one print spread across different types of merchandise. To hit that minimum, one print could be on five tees, three hoodies, and four crewnecks of any size. The items must have the same print, print color, and print size.

 

CONSIGNMENT OPTION:

We can also offer you hats, stickers, and other fun items on consignment—you only pay for them if you sell them. This applies only to items in our current inventory, not items printed especially for your organization.
